| The National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Micro/Nano Fabrication was founded in 1996, and is affiliated with Peking University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. It has three main research directions: Silicon based 3D micro/nano fabrication technologies, Integration technologies for MEMS/NEMS and IC, and Micro/nano fabrication technologies based on materials other than silicon. The Laboratory at Peking University has a world-class platform for the design and fabrication of micro/nano devices and systems. It has a 1500 m2 clean room, and more than 150 processing and testing equipment. The lab is mainly engaged in the researches on micro/nano fabrication technologies, micro/nano devices and integrated micro/nano systems. The lab has made great progress on many research fields, including silicon-based MEMS/NEMS fabrication process, fabrication technologies for advanced materials, process modeling and simulation, monolithic integration technologies, multi-scale micro/nano fabrication technologies, inertial sensors and systems, RF devices and bio-medical devices and systems, etc. |
