Registration
Reduced registration rates are available until May 15th, 2019. Moreover, a special registration rate is available for students. In order to have a paper published in the Conference Proceedings and inculded the IEEExplore database, at least one author of all the accepted papers must register before May 15th, 2019 (one registration fee covers for only 1 paper publication, addtional paper charges for 200 USD or 1700 CNY each).

Conference Registration
Only online registration with credit card payment, bank transfer and paypal is available. Please fill out the registration form below and pay the fee as instructed. Conference seretary will check your form and payment and will send you email notification about the registration. Receipt will be given on site.
